2 months old!

Sam turned 2 months old today! It's hard to believe that 2 months have passed, and while it seems to have gone so quickly, it also feels like Sam's always been in our lives. He's such a happy baby, and we couldn't be more blessed! Over the last few weeks, Sam has become such a smiley baby, giving away smiles usually reserved for Mom to everyone. He has slept through the night 3 times now, and when not sleeping through the night, he only wakes up once to eat. He holds his head up with great strength, and likes to show off by trying to stand on our laps.

We went to the doctor today for our 2 month appointment, and had a good check up. Here are our 2 month stats.

Weight: 12lbs 10 ounces (75%)
Length: 23 1/2 inches (75%)
Head: 40 1/2 cm (50%)

Sam had to get 3 shots and one oral vaccine. Boo to shots! It was a little traumatic, but after a few minutes, he was all better. We don't have to go back to the doctor for another 2 months! Yay!
